1. Solving the impossible problems
2. Holding employee education meetings
3. Creating solutions with which all team members could agree or at least see the logic.
4. Persuading and motivating my teams.
5. Helping employees find purpose and meaning in their work.
6. Having the data prove me right
7. Research and challenges
Now to find a job that matches these things and a work environment that isn’t toxic.
