Yes, I know that the program I just started is based on just one goal a week. I’m just expanding my personal progress to be one goal in different areas.
1. Fit and Fabulous – This is supposed to be 3 small goals – More water (Eating), 10 -20 minutes a day (Exercise) I think the specific on this one is more DDR with the kids, Energize by stitching for a few minutes if I’ve completed my exercise.
2. Organization – Bedroom bookshelf and Telephone table in the kitchen (okay so it’s 2 area’s, I finished the book shelf this morning so it’s time to move on.
3. LifeVision – update my wall of inspiration
4. Get Connected – Listen to the program CD.
